If a resolution cannot be reached, both parties agree to settle any dispute through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in Cook County, Illinois. You may not pursue claims as part of a class action or representative lawsuit.

Either party may, however, bring a claim in small claims court or seek injunctive relief for unauthorized use or intellectual property infringement.

12. Severability and No Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain valid and enforceable. AOT Carriers’ failure to enforce any right under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right.
